This is a retreat for bringing back the deep connection to our body and creativity through ART and Sacral Chakra activation in an intimate group setting where we share JOY, deep relaxation, creative fun time to PLAY(painting) again and feeling safe being in our body.
Enjoy receiving a deeply healing guided meditation, healing crystals directly placed upon your body to give yourself a crystalline medicine transmission, sound healing and body movements to relax your mind before we dive into healing art creation.

For this retreat, we will be also focusing on "Sacral Chakra" activation where the energy of creative pleasure and your physical and emotional connection are stored. The balance of the masculine and feminine energy will be discussed during the break over the beautiful vegan spreads.
